You might have seen The Celluloid Closet (1995) about the representation of queer people in Hollywood; Reel in the Closet is about queer people’s own archives. A documentary made with home movies dating back to the 1930s: queer history as documented by those whose films have survived. Interviewees in the film discuss one of our favourite subject: the importance of queer archives and what they mean to us.
