What a night! The opening of @a_different_home was incredible. Hearing people laugh, pause, as they watched and listened to the stories we’d been trusted to share with the world was truly unique. Hearing people who came up to us to say we’d given them a way to express how they felt about their home was the most humbling experience. Job done, that’s what we set out to do. It has been such a painful and deep journey for me, the director. And I am forever grateful to the people who shared their stories with us, all of you, whether they make it to the final 15 minutes or not. To @scotsqueerfilm who believed in this project and helped it start, to all those who supported us, emotionally and financially.
